HGI Company - Our Facilities HGI Company operates two manufacturing facilities designed and equipped to seamlessly provide you with a single source experience for all of your commercial printing, finishing and fulfillment needs. HI-LITER FACILITY Our Hi-Liter facility is located in Burlington, Wisconsin, a Midwestern town with a population of approximately 10,000 people. Burlington is located just 40 miles south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and 1 hour north of Chicago, Illinois. Our 104,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility was built in August of 1999 on a twenty-three acre parcel in the Burlington Manufacturing and Office Park. Complete with hi-tech training center, conference rooms and customer lounges, the building is designed to make your visit comfortable and productive. This facility utilizes the latest recycling and energy conserving technologies and was designed with future growth in mind. We have the rare ability to produce heat set, non-heat set, sheetfed and digital printed products all at this location. Finishing capabilities include perfect binding, saddle-stitching, ink-jet labeling and mailing services. A digital prepress workflow with computer-to-plate output makes our Burlington plant a one stop facility for all of your commercial print needs. INLAND FACILITY Our Inland facility is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, a Northwestern suburb of Milwaukee, with a population of approximately 32,000 people. This 110,000 square foot facility is home to our digital printing operations, web-2-print services, specialty binding, packaging and fulfillment center. Our equipment is efficient and designed for quick make-readies, allowing us to provide you with some of the shortest cycle-times in the industry. Capabilities at this location include: digital printing 1-4 colors, variable data/images perfect binding, saddle stitching, hand bind, hard-cover, thread sewn, twin loop, Moffet, McCain, lay-flat perfect bind, plasticoil, thin-book, drilling, labeling and fulfillment. 700 Blackhawk Drive  P.O.
